The Bill (Reg. No.2787) defines the procedure of preliminary training of persons who have an intention to work at the district and territorial election committees within the period of elections of the President of Ukraine, People´s Deputies of Ukraine, local elections, national and local referenda, in order to secure efficient fulfillment of authorities of the members of relevant election committees (referendum committees).
The People´s Deputies believe that the legislative initiative in question can be implemented by means of introduction of amendments and supplements to such Laws as "On Elections of the President of Ukraine", "On Elections of the People´s Deputies of Ukraine", "On Elections of the People´s Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimean Autonomous Republic, Local Councils, and Village, Settlement and City Mayors", "On Central Election Commission", etc.
Furthermore, implementation of the Bill requires extra expenditures from the State Budget for production of the State certificate forms and establishment and upkeep of the Licensing and Training Methodical Provision Service.
